The staff is very efficient and the person who checked me out did an amazing job making the gift bag look fancy even going to the extra effort of folding a fancy top on it, it's definitely the small things that matter and the older gentleman that did it for me made my day

A	Alessia Quinn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feb 12th. Had a very upsetting experience at this location. Manager Ben blatantly lied about LCBO policy to refuse me service. Ontario will not be accepting expired identification cards (that they previously accepted due to the pandemic) as of February 28th. The LCBO is following this policy as well. Manager Ben lied and said that the LCBO sent out a statement saying that they stopped accepting expired cards as of two weeks ago. I called customer service and head office reached out to the store right away. After 40 minutes (of my time this manager wasted), I was able to make my purchase. Of course, he was nice to my friends and I only after head office called. Very disappointed that a manager lied when the LCBO head office said that every store in Ontario received an update weeks ago stating that expired cards would be accepted up until February 28th. Best of all, he refused my friends service as he deemed their purchases as “second party purchases” and told us to go to another store to make the same purchases (as this would not leave him liable). Ridiculous. If you’re visiting make sure to make your purchases elsewhere.
M	Mason Desjardins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went here and they wouldn’t sell me alcohol because they didn’t “think” they could accept my id, a Canadian fire arms liscence! I then had to drive all the way to midland to use the same id which was accepted because they know what id is valid in canada/ ontario
