Nous avions rendez-vous pour un lavage complet intérieur/extérieur, y compris les tapis. Lorsque nous avons appelé, la dame nous à proposé un forfait à 130$, que nous avons acceptons. Par contre, lorsque nous sommes passé chercher l'auto, nous avons remarqué quelques problèmes: plastiques extérieurs picotés par un produit incompatible, banquettes et dossiers non lavées. Le commis s'est justifié en nous disant que c'est sa mère, la propriétaire, qui avait fait le travail et qu'elle travaillait mal. Il a complété en disant qu'elle ne travaillait que pour l'argent mais que nous étions chanceux puisqu'il avait refait le travail a ses frais!!! Oui oui, nous avons été chanceux de recevoir une voiture bien lavée. Il nous a aussi dis que si nous voulions un meilleur lavage, nous aurions dû prendre le forfait en promotion à 150$ mais qu'ils ne le proposaient pas au téléphone, que nous n'avions qu'à nous informer sur leur site internet avant de prendre rendez-vous. Bref nous n'en revenons pas encore de leur attitude arrogante. Par contre, les endroits qui ont été lavés l'ont été correctement. Disappointing experience. However, this is not our first visit. He completed by saying that she only worked for the money but that we were lucky since he had redone the work at his expense !!! Yes yes, we were lucky to receive a well washed car. He also told us that if we wanted a better wash, we should have taken the promotional package at $ 150 but that they weren't offering it over the phone, that we only had to find out on their website beforehand. to make an appointment. In short, we still cannot get over their arrogant attitude. On the other hand, the places which were washed were it correctly.

Nous avons choisi le forfait remise a neuf et le resultat a ete plus que mediocre. Des endroits on carrement ete oublier, de l'antirouille a ete etendue au lieu de nettoyer, les vitres très mal nettoyer/barrioler, la decontamination n'as pas ete faite partout. Nous avons telephoner et on nous a dit de revenir nous y avons retourner il a pris le vehicule 5 minutes et la resortie avec des endroit encore sale malgres le fait quon lui a tout montrer ce qui a mal ete fait. Nous allons jamais recommander cette endroit. Si on aurait pus donner 0 etoiles nous l'aurions fait We are going to this place for the first time and will not be going back. We chose the refurbishment package and the result was more than mediocre. Places we have clearly been forgotten, anti-rust was applied instead of cleaning, the windows were very poorly cleaned / barricaded, decontamination was not done everywhere. We called and we were told to come back we went back he took the vehicle 5 minutes and the resort with places still dirty despite the fact that we showed him everything that was done wrong. We will never recommend this place. If we could have given 0 stars we would have done it

The are very meticulous and they don't skip corners. They use clean washing mitts and fresh "chamois'. They didn't miss a spot and they even took out a scuff mark on roof. I highly recommend "Supreme Lave Auto" if you are in Quebec. Prices are very reasonable for the work they do.
