C'est une bande d'amateurs qui ne se soucie que de soutirer l'argent aux clients sans faire l'effort pour le mériter!.. Surtout, pas d'entente "paiement cash"; aucune preuve pour protester après. Le conseil d'Éric est à suivre. J'aurais dû le lire avant! Attention scam! .. One of the worst places, if not the worst, or you can entrust your car for a wash! .. À la première occasion ils rappellent pour augmenter le prix sous le prétexte que le véhicule est sale (il n'était pas propre, mais vraiment pas si pire!). Puis ils ne font pas tout le travail affiché sur leur site et mentionné au téléphone pour ce forfait (pas de traitement "compound", pas de shampoing moteur). Pour finir, ils m'ont perdu un tapis, en me disant que le tapis n'était certainement pas là (ben voyons!!). La seule compensation offerte a été d'offrir de payer en argent pour sauver les taxes (comme le client avant moi!) Un conseil, allez ailleurs... Ça m'a coûté plus de 300$ pour l'apprendre!
