Very kind and professional staff. The receptionist was very informative and kind; I did not feel out of place when I arrived. Dr. Joseph was also very thorough with the services and professional. Very friendly too.

Amazing staff! They make you feel so welcome and at ease that you forget that you’re at the dentist! Thank god I found them I had a dentist phobia and they made me get over it! Highly recommended

The staff have always been just lovely and very gentle. After years of dreading dental appointments I now enjoy my visits. Thanks very much to all the staff at Laurier for making these visits pleasant again!

I went here for about 3 years mostly because of convenience. The Hygienist at the time was really good. The dentist was also ok. So why 2 stars? First off because I needed a mouth guard. The assistant did the work to take my teeth's shape(moulding?). When I received the mouth guard, it didn't fit. I simply couldn't close my mouth. But that's ok. This is not the reason I'm giving it a 2. If it was just that, I would have given them a 4. Eventually I had to change dentist Because I changed office and wanted something closer to me. The same way I picked them originally. The new dentist's receptionist requested several times at different dates that they send over my xrays. She tried by calling them and email (or whatever messaging system dentists use). At the end, my xrays were never sent. So I had to get new xrays. It ended up costing me a couple of hundred dollars just because Laurier Dental was petty. I'm not sure if its the receptionist who made this decision to not respond or if its the dentist's rule to not respect patients that "abandon" them. Either way, he's the leader he should know better. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Even if I move back to work closer to their location, I would never go back. Edit : It seems they want me to remove my review because they can't match my name with their patient database. What did they expect, for me to provide my social insurance number? Their reply is a perfect example of my review. I would have removed it if they would have said something along the lines of "its unfortunate you went through this. We will improve our process to make sure this doesn't happen again." Instead, they push me to identify myself and remove my legitimate review. If Google wants me to identify myself, I will gladly show all my receipts to Google Reviews. The review stays.

3 or 4 visits so far and by far the best way to have your teeth looked after. On a personal level yes Dr. Joseph and staff are very classy people however, on a professional level I have not had anyone else in the past 20 years who has looked after the health of my teeth better. what i really love about this place is you get all the benefit without the extra, for lack of a better word, B.S that you would expect to deal with at a dental office. Thank you to the Dr. and the Staff. Please continue to give honest down to earth service we clearly appreciate it.

I love this place. It is clean, the staff is very friendly and punctual, and I was happy to come back to Laurier Dental after several years living in another city. I always feel like I am in excellent hands!

When I called and booked an appointment.. I asked about payment plans and if they offer them. I was told yes they offer payment plans. When I had the appointment I was just told I had to pay ‘x’ amount then and there. when I asked about a payment plan again they said they have 3rd party options they could get me in contact with…. Felt like I got robbed

I switched to this dentist last year after my mom had a visit there. I was previously with another down the street from here that is a chain and I am so happy that I made the change. Now my whole family comes here and are huge fans of the Dr. Lteif and his team. I had a cleaning done last year while I was 9 months pregnant so I was kind of dreading the appointment but Gabriella made me feel so comfortable and was so sweet. She is also super funny, she had me laughing so much I actually had a good time with her during the appointment. I also really appreciate the fact that they don’t push unnecessary treatments or items just for the sake of making a buck. My mom came back from her appointment yesterday and said she felt so good and felt like Dr. Lteif and the hygienist genuinely care for her and the health of her teeth. I can’t wait for my next appointment and will never go back to a big chain dental office again.
