Best dental team I have EVER had...one duty of my job is to take marginalized people to appointments, and Ottawa Dental Centre is THE place I always take my peeps...they are SO professional, so kind and professional and offer very effective and modern dental care. I don't recommend anything EVER, but do so here regularly and w/ pride. They are awesome

Dr. Nguyen and his heart-warming staff are like family to me. They treat me and my family with the utmost care and consideration with prompt and friendly service, to making my daughter's visit full of wonder and laughter. I am always to come back, not just every 6 months ;)

Dr. Nguyen is a great dentist and Amy is just the BEST!! Three generations of my family have gone here. I still go with my daughter. Very well run facility with excellent staff. They continuously learn and improve their procedures, technology and equipment. Consistent great service all around. They've always been good with kids that my daughter LIKES going to the dentist!

This was my first visit to the dentist and to the Ottawa Dental Centre in particular. I was very nervous about having this appointment given the pandemic, but I couldn't put off this any longer. The check-in procedures were very smooth and when I arrived at the office, everything seemed really well set up and efficient. I felt very safe throughout my exams and cleaning. Amy was great and explained everything throughout the process. My exam with Dr. Nguyen was pretty smooth as well. Excited to have found a great dental office near where I live!

I had been with this office around 8 years . Jacky the hygienist is amazing so is Dr.Nguyen . Stephanie the previous manger was kind and competent at her job .However, I cant say the same about their new manger Hailey Stewart . Since she had been in The office I been getting emails that I owe them for some work I had done. I called to clarify and ofcourse that wasn't the case as my insurance always covered it and didn't have any problems . Recently, I noticed that I haven't been called for my regular appointment. I called sometime in June to find out when my next appointment was and miss Hailey Said that it was in September.. I am now calling them to find out about my appointment since I didn't get a call (as per usual) . Only to find out that my appointment disappeared from their appointment book ( for the 2nd time . Once in January as well ) .when I questioned her to clarify the reason she simply dismissed it as its a clerical error and that it wasn't put in ( not my problem).. and when I expressed my concerns about that she hung up the phone . I kept on calling back because I wanted to know why she hung up . She expressed that she didn't know what to do about it and that she can give me a random appointment if a cancelation happens ( that's not how my life works ) but okay . Regardless .she ended the conversation with "you should find another doctor to go to" and when I asked her for her bosses name and email she said she couldn't share it and asked me to forward her an email ? like I would belive she would own up and forward it . I simply don't trust her conduct and professionalism . Only reason why I'm writing this review is for people to know that this office isn't what it used to be due to incompetent people like Hailey running this place and I hope its never too late for doctor Nguyen to cut his losses . I highly doubt that he knows that the receptionist/phone lady is deciding who can be on his patient and business. DONT RECOMMEND!
