Carefull parents, Lauren just increases the service fees because apparently they clean a lot. Two years in a row, service fees are increased during pandemic. That's not a person whom you want to work with for your kid. Totally Inconsiderate!

We LOVE Andrea. What an incredible experience. She always answers any questions we had about therapy, even outside of appointment times. We saw results immediately after our first session. Andrea has such amazing energy and our 4 year old genuinely looks forward to his time with her. We feel so lucky to be under her care. She truly cares about the kids she works with and it shows.

Lauren is extremely knowledgeable and patient, and my little one is very comfortable with her during our sessions. You can tell that she is very passionate about her work! I was getting overwhelmed with all of the different treatments different professionals were recommending me for my little one, and she’s helped me prioritize my goals and set timelines for treatments to keep me sane as well! Zemfira is also incredibly nice and helpful!

Lauren was an amazing resource supporting us with our daughter's tongue tie release and with beginning solids. She is a true expert in her field and made me feel much more confident with feeding my daughter. I would recommend her to anyone looking for support. Thank you Lauren!!

Lauren did absolutely nothing for my baby and kept shrugging her shoulders to all the questions. And while admitting she could not answer any questions and giving us ZERO input or guidance, she still charged us $205. We travelled 3 hours to get to her office with an infant and once we got there is when she said we could do virtual appointment. Our baby is not gaining weight well and not feeding well. We waited a month and a half for this appointment. And she treated us sooo poorly. She decided to check for tongue tie herself when our doctor + dentist already checked and sent her diagnosis. And she scratched my baby's mouth with her long nails in the process. Not sure why you have inch long nails and still decide to stick your hands into a tiny infant's mouth. It scared my baby so badly of her that she was inconsolable. Lauren also kept looking at her colleague or notebook while talking to me, as if I am not even visible or a person to be afforded basic respect. She literally responded to every question with shoulder shrugs or "i couldn't do assessment". When I told her we already know there is a tongue tie, she said her assessment is completed by watching baby eat. If that is the case, why didn't she say that to begin with vs trying to shove her nails in my baby's mouth and scaring her so badly she just clung to me, which she has never dome before? When I asked her for a follow up appointment, she said she will check at the front. I walked to the front with her, where she said it is $205. I said sure, what about follow up. She said she will check. Then she literally processed payment and walked off. When I called her clinic before booking, I was told she is a feeding specialist. You would think she would have the most basic ethical or professional regard for an infant not eating well...she does not. Even if you couldn't complete an assessment, you should be able to provide basic answers based on your general experience. This woman couldn't even do that or provide the most basic advice on feeding or doing anything to help our baby. Huge waste of time.

Cynthia has been absolutely incredible with our son. She makes their sessions engaging and hands on. I would highly recommend her to anybody needed support with speech for their children.

Lauren and her team are such an incredible resource! Lauren has helped me with oral myofunctional therapy and Andrea has seen my 6yo daughter for the same. Both of us have struggled with issues related to oral ties. The team has exceptional knowledge, comforting clinical skills and a desire to always learn more. I never hesitate to refer to them on a professional level as well. Thank you for all you do!

My 6 year old son looks forward to weekly speech sessions with Kate. She's super friendly, warm and provides us with a variety of fun activities that my son really enjoys! I'm so happy to have these in-person sessions! Great experience here over the past several months!
