★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicest buildings in the city. Slightly over-priced tho for the 55+ fixed income folks they cater to but can't be perfect!
Moving from a bungalow here has not been anywhere as traumatic as it could have been, thanks to t the great neighbours & community in Laura Secord Apartments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, so they are patching up cracks in the walls, the building is old--don't let the outside fool you. No AC in the lobby or hallways. The majority of people are seniors--so I think they should have AC in the lobby. The new intercom system doesn't work well--it's loud until you start talking to the tenant--then they are so quiet you can barely hear anything.
