I have been a member of Launch Co-working since March 2020, as a result of shutdowns due to Covid-19. My modem decided at that time to lose its configuration and my ISP was not able/willing to send out a tech to resolve it, essentially putting me out of business. Jason Abbott, stepped up and offer us a solution. What I have found as a result of being a member is that my productivity has more than double, and I am enjoying my best year ever in spite of the current business climate. As a member, I have the benefit of accessing all three locations. The original at 1460 Chevrier, The Downtown location at 167 Lombard and the newest location in Osborne Village at 130 Scott street. Currently I have opted to take one of the five private offices that were available at 130 Scott street. For me it is a perfect location to run my business. There is more parking at the back than there is at Lombard Ave. Street parking is free with no time limits. The other members working there are awesome people. The amenities are right on with what I need. The main meeting room is a perfect spot to meet multiple clients and maintain the 2 meter social distancing. A year ago I ran my business from a Starbucks. Having a private office at Launch has given me added credibility and as a result inspired more trust with the clients I have worked with this year due to the credibility it has brought me. I have increased my closing percentage as a result and generated more revenue as a result. The best investment I made in my business this year has been my Launch membership. It is far more professional and productive than meeting clients at Starbucks or Tim Hortons.

I love working out of Launch Village as a small business Entrepreneur. The location is fantastic where I have friends, recreational opportunities and fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. Being a 5 minute walk from the Village strip is a fantastic bonus for a lovely mid-day walk and food run. I also enjoy the space as it feels fresh, new, and quiet for an entrepreneur to set up shop, without the distractions of your home office getting in the way. Perfect for someone who would like an inexpensive way to work outside of the home and get back to the new normal. Oh and a massive bonus is having Monuts next door, a coffee and donut shop that specializes in protein filled (more healthy than typical donuts) vegan donuts. My favourite! I was looking for a casual 'drop in' office space and Launch in the Village fit the bill perfectly. Clean, well laid out, and super convenient. Would recommend to anyone looking for "hot seat" style office accommodations.

Great experience working at Launch as we establish our own innovative health services practice concept. Jason and the team are very supportive and the other Launch members are collegial. Love the central location and especially enjoy lunches on the patio.
