Don is very knowledgeable about their products and provided the appropriate recommendations based on his expertise and experience. Don was always willing and available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. He keeps it real with his customers and provides honest advice.
Kathy was always a pleasure to speak with over the phone and was very helpful. Kathy knows all of the features and functions of the smart alarm system and was able to walk me through the application on my phone, on my laptop through my internet browser, and on the actual touchscreen unit.
Great customer service from both of them and they let me know to reach out to them at any time with questions!

My only complaint would be that the walk through took longer than expected but only because Kathy was SO thorough in making sure I was set-up properly and was familiar with my system. Both her and Don were super friendly and gave us an unbeatable price. Highly, HIGHLY recommend if you're in the market for a new alarm/security system.
