★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company can not get their pricing strait, printed wrong sizes and did not even start printing one order when we went in to pick them up, they take forever to respond to any inquiries.
We used them last year and this year to make event items we will never use them again.
They definitely left a Lasting Impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service, with a rude and arrogant desk receptionist. "art work fee," regardless of the fact that I brought my own logo to print. The receptionist made me a "logo" that wasn't even a design and charged me an extra +$20 for just typing letters; I didn't want to pay that fee, so he told me to bring my own, which I did. It literally took me 5 minutes to finish at home, and when I returned with the print out, he was envious that I could do something so quickly...? He didn't want me to come back in because I had proven him wrong.
Put simply, I would not recommend visiting here. Extremely rude and unprofessional. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.
