★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to have a walk-in sessions to release my negative bottled up thoughts. It was a massive mental relief to let it all go and feel better about my self. The person, Nicole, helped me with my issue was friendly and understanding. She helped me to overcome my personal issue with some short activities then a list on how to keep positively and keeping my confidence up.
