I purchased my boyfriend a custom crib board for Christmas and I couldn't be happier! It's absolutely gorgeous and the quality far exceeded my expectations. Curtis was such a pleasure to work with - In 7 days, we created a concept, he answered all my questions promptly, and before I knew it, the board arrived on my doorstep. I'll be ordering more for future gifts!

I placed an order for my 11year old Niece for a Christmas Present. The picture that was engraved turned out better than what I had expected, and the pegs are awesome as well. I will find out my Nieces reaction on Christmas day.

I ordered a Christmas gift for a family member in September. I got it at a good time and was happy with how my custom crib board turned out, beautiful work. However, I noticed a spot of red paint on the board. I contacted the owner and he responded quickly telling me he would send me a replacement after Christmas. He did not. I then messaged again in March, as I assumed he forgot. He told me he would send me a replacement within the week. Again, he did not. I have sent him a few messages since then on email and facebook with no answer. I am very happy with how my original board turned out, I just really wish that this could have been handled better as I have been so patient.

I placed an order on Dec 2nd, 2021, I still have not gotten it. I have left 5 messages, sent about 3 emails, and still have not gotten a response. I sure would like what I ordered as it was a Christmas gift or my money back. Thanks, Ross

Sincere Thank You to Curtis! I ordered a cribbage board as a gift but not entirely happy with the finishing. It was replaced with no questions asked, and the second item was sent very quickly!

I placed my order for a crib board Dec 4th. As of Feb 26th I have not received nothing. I was told on 2 different occasions it was just about to be shipped, the last time was on Jan 14th. I have sent several emails and texts since and no response. It's only fair I receive my full refund ASAP.

Update 2022-04-23. I would never trust or buy anything from Lazers Edge Design again. below is my original post and I have added to the post in the middle. I would read my post before ordering anything from this place. You cannot count on getting what you order right or done. I am still waiting for 2 bases since Christmas. my opinion of Curtis has dramatically changed. even after I talked to him on the phone he stated he would finish the order and refund my money for the 2 bases. i got my money but still waiting for the bases as promised. I bought 7 boards and 6 bases. (still waiting for 2 bases). Curtis is excellent to deal with. the crib boards and bases are awesome. just one glitch. I wanted them by Christmas and got all but 2 boards(machine broke down). still waiting for the bases but they are worth waiting for. product and customer service I rate as excellent. April 23,2022 follow up. I am still waiting for my 2 bases. Curtis said I would have them pretty quickly. So since my last posting I have emailed Curtis and texted him and called him with no response. I am greatly disappointed that he has not replied to any forms of communication. Curtis cannot say that I have not been extremely patient. I sent an email stating that I would like my bases back in early February and now it's late April. I am extremely upset that he has not responded or sent my bases. he seems to talk the talk but not walk the walk. promises were made and broken several times in December and I gave him the benefit of the doubt and still gave him a great review. but now with no communication from him I would not trust him to deliver the goods and I would not trust him to be able to deliver or make anything going forward. at first he was attentive and responded quickly but when you do not receive what you ordered and paid for and never got the product and he made promises how can you trust him. (Curtis did refund my money but stated that he would still make the bases and get them to me asap). These were gifts for Christmas and I promised my family that they would get their bases. So I have resorted to put this up as an update to my review because Curtis left me no choice. Customer Service: 0 Product: 8 Trust: 0 Communication: -1
