Loved it. Top place to stay. Felt very welcomed by Richard and had some good laughs. Highly recommended.

Great spot to stay if you plan on checking out the Banff area. Cabins are clean and everything worked as they should. Would stay here again.

Place was good ... Nice location .....cabin located on small hill view in morning was good...only one suggestion solution for mosquitoes and flies need to be done ...rest you will love place cabins and room in good size.

Not a B&B anymore. It's now owned since few years by a super nice guy that rent the rooms and cabins using Airbnb ? It's super close to the slopes and you can enjoy a hot tub with the view after a ski day ??

I would not recommend this place for several reasons: First of all the queen bed was more like a little princess bed, it was insanely small( and im 180cm tall, 75kg and my gf is very tiny). Second there was only 1 working tablelamp in the whole room(no ceiling light) which was also pretty weak. Third we were in the creekside suite which is meant for 4 people. Just so you know, there are no doors between those 2 rooms, which are more like a 2 levels of the same room with incredible steep made-to-broke-your-leg steps (im 24 and i climb in my free time, but i would wanna take those stairs in the middle of the night. Fourth you could hear every word anyone said in the entire building. Fifth I reserved this over airbnb and while the host acted as a friendly person, he is really just another bnb businessmen with very cold attitude. I came to golden and it was smoke everywhere. Since it cost a lot to get to canada i decided to go on a roadtrip and maybe go somewhere without smoke. And it wasn't like there was a little smoke which worsened the visibility a little. It was a smoke where you could only see a contour of a mountain from time to time, but mostly you couldn't see a thing. And in a place where the only thing you can do is walk around and the authorities even say it is not even recommended to breathe unfiltered air(there was no air condition on the room so you would have to breathe the filthy air your whole stay). In this regard i contacted Richard. I asked him if it possible to refund me some of my money. He said no. And i said ok, cause i understood that its just business and i dont thing there is something wrong with that. But it really shocked me when he later gave me negative airbnb feedback saying that i demanded refund, which is a lie and i feel like he thought i would give him negative feedback, so he protected with this behaviour.

(We stayed in the lodge, not in the cabins.) Very unfriendly owner and walls so thin we could hear every sound in the whole house. What we really hated was that our main room didn't have light - only a little light on our night table. Kind of a problem when your try to pack your things early in the morning or later at night. We were two but we had a room for four and I really don't recommend staying there in four people, the second double bed is upstairs and you have to climb "stairs" that are actually so steep that I would call it a ladder.

Fantastic! Great location and lovely cabins.

My father, brother and myself booked in for two nights. He advertises a private hot tub and provides a picture that looks amazing. Upon arrival we were told that we need to pay extra for the private hot tub and he showed us to the public one that was not the one advertised. Shower curtain in the bathroom had some mold on it and it appeared that the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. We got very carried away drinking in the hot tub until about 4am and upset one family there. Richard asked us to leave. I smoothed things over and told him that would not happen again. He also asked that we not trash the house. Upon leaving we left an empty pizza box on the table, empties stacked near the bin that had no bags provided and we were hand rolling cigarettes and left one on the floor. He preceded to message me following our stay and referred to my family in a very unkind fashion. When I said to him that I didn't appreciate the verbal abuse, he said he wasn't doing that and continued being rude. We paid $568 for two nights and it would have been much better spent in a different location. The views were great, accomodations mediocre and the host was very rude to me. I am happy to provide screenshots of this rude encounter to anyone that would like to see them.
