I had laser hair removal treatments by an RN previously and had excellent results but after losing contact with her I had to find a new place. I seen the 50% off sign on Macleod Trail and thought I'd try Laser Perfect. After several treatments the hair never went away. I called her to ask wth and she told me laser hair removal isn't permanent, Lol! .... I don't know what that laser does that she uses but it doesn't remove hair. Also, for someone who does skin treatments, her skin is extremely damaged which can't be a good sign.
A	Allyson B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your money. Kelly has a terrible business ethic. I purchased 5 underarm & Brazilian sessions. I had 2 sessions complete. The day before my third session Kelly left me a voice mail Saying the she was "thinking of moving her business into her home". I showed up for my appt the next day (as she didn't return my call) to be told she hadn't been there for awhile!! Very long story short it has been 2 1/2mths, many unreturned calls & text later I am out $240. I have started a complaint with BBB, & they have informed me that she has not responded to them either. Terrible business ethics!!
H	Hanif Virani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I had a TERRIBLE experience with Kelly Calibaba. She did not do a test patch to see how my skin would react to laser hair removal. And while i was getting my treatment done she was busy talking on her cell phone. Kelly made me feel extremely uncomfortable, she yelled at me and was extremely rude that I had to tell her that her attitude was making me uncomfortable. She did a hack job and the experience was extremely painful. My eyes welled up from the physical pain and the emotional abuse. I will never ever go back to this laser clinic.

While purchased in December of 2011, they stated they were not booking appointments until May 2012! Five months later! After numerous (almost a year) calls, and excuses of a 'broken machine', cancelled appointments and unreturned calls, she finally got her first treatment in November of 2012. After the first appointment, she booked a second appointment which was then cancelled by Kelly as she was going on vacation. Promises to return calls were broken. When finally my wife was able to rebook in February!, she was called the day before by Kelly to say she was not doing these treatments any longer. No offer of a different treatment, no offer of a refund. Extremely poor service from a 'professional'.
