Mike and Ishvan had a replacement unit, delivered it the same day and I was treating clients again by 5pm...the same day! No one has a turn around like that. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in laser-based personal care services since 2002. Because my laser equipment being used on the daily basis, I prefer to service it at least semiannually. Needless to say, my machines have been seen by a number of service providers.

To begin with, these guys are always available. No matter how urgent the problem is, it’s being solved in a timely manner.
Secondly, the rates are very reasonable.
Finally, I haven’t come up with the question yet which wouldn’t be answered and explained to me by professional engineers at the user-friendly level.

Although the laser had couple of issues which it was understandable due to its age, these guys were very quick to respond and sort it out. They extended the warranty with the machine. They are taking care of all of our machines now. Happily will do business with them again.
