They did a wonderful job waterproofing our home after a heavy rainstorm caused some leaking in the basement. I would recommend giving them a call if you are in need of any of their services!

The guys that came to the site worked really hard but promised me in 2 to 3 weeks they would be back to put asphalt in the picture I posted. It is now been six weeks, The manager provided me with his direct cell number which I sent a text and they still haven’t come back to finish the job. Very disappointed

First, the guy who did the quote mismeasured and then the day of the job he tried to charge me an extra $650 dollars. I had to argue with him saying that it is unacceptable to charge extra above what was quoted after I already accepted the contract and the workers were already at my house. Second, as you can see from the picture attached, the wall still leaks. I paid $6859 for the 8 foot section of wall + trench for weeping tile and I had expected for that kind of money the problem would be fixed. Third, when the guys were putting the fill back I told them they need to put landscape fabric or the sand will fall through onto my patio. I gave them my landscape fabric to use. You can imagine the look I received as a female telling them how to do their job. Then instead of putting the fabric all the way down they only put the fabric half way. As you can see from the pictures attached the sand has come through and is washing into my gazebo. Forth, I called the company to have them address the problem. Someone made an appointment with me to come look at it. The guy was a no-show. So for $6859 I have a wall that still leeks, sand on my patio and a no-show on any attempt to resolve the problem. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely affordable and they took the time to explain all steps of the process and give me an updated timeline as weather and schedules changed. Already recommended them to a few friends, and would not hesitate to use them again but with the great job that they did, I don't think i'll need to call back for several years. Fantastic work on all sides.

Dryshield gave is the best quote and shared great reason for doing internal vs outside (other companies tried to up sell us on external which in this case was not needed). Dry shield maintained all the necessary covid precautions, and helped my family feel safe. The job was finished ahead of schedule and everyone who worked here was extremely nice and helpful. Also to note the next weekend we had 50 ml of rainfall and I heard the pump start and it ran for about 2 min, it was great to know the system that was just installed was already working to save our basement from water damage.
