With in half an hour I was hooked up and riding along.with Anthony on the way to a service garage of my preference in Kingston. Outstanding service, good pricing, and fantastic company. Any car breakdown is stressful but these folks made it much more manageable. Many thanks from a very grateful traveler.?

Joe, their driver, was very helpful using innovative ways to get the car on his flatbed without damaging the tire or the fender. I would highly recommend Larry's and Joe to anyone in need!

An hour later I got a call asking why I was not with the car. I told the driver I did not get a call and I would be there in 5 minutes, he said he was too busy to wait and that HE DID NOT LIKE MY ATTITUDE I asked for 5 minutes he agreed, when I arrived he was gone. 1/2 later CAA told me that he was still on site. He was not! Was he just extra billing CAA?? CAA sent another tow company promptly and 30 minutes later a very pleasant operator flat bedded my car away. Please beware of surly and very possibly unscrupulous drivers associated with Larry’s Towing
D	DJ Mesh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke down on the 401 at Shannonville and Larry’s were the CAA agents who attended- ridiculously good response time of only 22 minutes and the driver was an incredible ambassador not just for an industry known for its notoriety, but also a great representative for the company. Despite loading in just 10 minutes he waited a further 45 minutes for us until a taxi could arrive to get us out of their (due to covid and no ride rules for recovery trucks)... all the time chatting to us keeping us safe, engaged and entertained. He was equally friendly and professional when we saw him 5 hours later dropping the truck off at home just outside Guelph. Professional and a real gentleman - if I was to unfortunately break down again, there is no better place to do it, if that’s the quality of the service you get !
S	Sierrah Danford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was having troubles and I called CAA and they said a tow truck would be to my location in 30 mins and he was on time and had the biggest smile on his face ready to help, he even attempted to help me identify what the problems my car was having before hooking it up, he was very friendly and quick, I didn’t catch his name but it made me at ease knowing my car was in amazing hands. Would recommend to anyone!! :)

L	Liz George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for a unlock at 0753 and gave description on the vehicle, Operator who answered stated it would be a half hour before someone could get to me which really what choice did I have. I stated that's fine but it's running and gas isn't cheap, Operator agreed and stated they would be there ASAP. I also needed to get to work. No show still at 0921 so I called again and a different Operator answered and she stated oh I didn't know it was running... Truck was just doing a drop in town and would be on his way. Arrived at 0958.. This definitely is not good customer service. I will think twice about calling them again. I will say the driver was friendly and did his job. However did state he didn't know what he was coming for. I feel they need better communication between EVERYONE!!!
