★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. I waited over three weeks for a scheduled appointment only to have him do a no show. When I phoned and left a message to inquire about the incident he didn’t even have the decency to return my call. I do NOT recommend using this service. Nothing but a waste of time.

He installed our overflow switch 3 years ago and was a wealth of information and help. This is who you want helping you with any plumbing issues You may have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Larry booked with us twice to come give us a quote. Both times my spouse had to leave work early and both times he did not show up and would not answer his phone. This is the worst customer service I have had in a long time and find it super disrespectful that he is so willing to waste both our time and money by doing this. I do not recommend using him at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first we would've left a 4-5 star review for Larry. As of recently he has dropped down to 1 star (it would be 0 stars if we could do that). We tried to contact him months ago to help install a sink but he didn't answer and after numerous messages/texts he still did not answer.
Before this we had him fix our faucet on the side of the house which involved doing work on the inside of our house in our tenants space. He did the work and everything was fine (or so we thought). Fast forward to January of this year. We were woken by our tenant who had a flood coming through his ceiling onto his computer. Turns out the work that he did was not done properly and it caused us to have to shell out our deductible as well as our insurance amount going higher. We tried contacting him for days but he didn't answer once again and never returned our calls. Everyone we talk to that knows him keep saying he's "busy" but is he so busy that he doesn't return customers calls or texts?
Please do not hire him
