Probably some of the best service I have ever Recieved! I've dealt with Larry Hudson's for a couple decades now and I've never been disappointed. Not from the service technicians to the sales personnel and all staff in between. Their attention to customer service is spot on right when you walk in the door. Cody, my new guy! (salesman) is exceptional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or even browse the vehicles on their lot. His no pressure sales approach and attitude makes the great experience of looking or buying, just that. A great experience!

Year 2020, month of February Winter season around 7:48pm it was almost closing time for showtime in that dealership. I remember it was dark, cold, & flurries drops. We came from Barrie, supposed to be heading home in Thornhill, Vaughan but we decided to pass by Larry Hudson Dealership. We’re actually interested to see the Latest Explorer Conversion Van to look for a new vehicle. We were greeted by Dolly Brooks, who made us feel comfortable, and entertained us even we came there almost closing time. She showed us the Big Luxurious, Cozy Conversion Van, she even let us Test drive it but we decline because it was almost closing time and the weather was chilly and dark. In the end we haven’t decided yet. It’s because we learn that there will be an incoming Newly Redesigned 2021 GMC Yukon Denali XL. So we waited for the right time. After a year, we saw the Brand New Redesigned GMC Yukon Denali XL in the Canadian International Show. We did the Pro’s & Con’s between the Explorer Conversion Van vs. Yukon Denali XL. Feb. 18, 2021. We decided to push through. We contacted Dolly & ordered via phone call telling her about the Detailed Specifications of our GMC Yukon Denali XL. April 22, 2021 Dolly informed me that the Beautiful SUV arrived in the Dealership. She did took a picture and a video around. Then sent it to us. April 29, 2021 Finally! The Wait was over. We travelled to go to Larry Hudson Dealership at Listowel, ON, Ca Taking the Delivery. I can say that a saleswoman like Dolly Brooks delivers an incredible, unexceptional outstanding customer service that gives us a very pleasant experience. She was very informative/knowledgeable and was answering every questions of ours patiently & honestly. She is Kind, Humble, Polite & Respectful. Also, Thanks to her whole Team. Her Manager Mr. Jeff, to her associates Mr. Trevor, & Ms. Tracy who did the efforts on all paper works, & delivery turnover etc. Your Personal attention, Care, Attitude and Professionalism has not gone unnoticed. You are by so far the best car dealership we went all over Toronto and it is always a pleasure to buy a vehicle from you. We will be definetely be back! You guys treated us like a Family, Friends that we will cherish. Thank You so much! We are sooo satisfied & Grateful for Having a Wonderful Dealership, Awesome staff! Bought a used car from here. It was a fair price and they gave me a fair price on my trade-in as well. The paperwork process was quick and painless. The people I spoke to were helpful, respectful and eager to provide good service. The experience went downhill at delivery- I was expecting a detailed car since that was one of the reasons i could not take the car with me within a day. The outside was detailed flawlessly. However, the interior looked to be neglected during detailing. Upon contacting the sales person, they apologized and offered to make it right. I offered to take my car to a local detailer, but was told they would like to fix their mistake in house.They sent someone to pick up my car (I live 1.5hrs away) and left me with a loaner for the day. The car was returned with the interior almost untouched. Someone ran a rag on a few surfaces and decided that was "detailing". The pictures in this review were taken after the car was returned. Any professional detailer who thinks this is a good " detail job" should not be working in the auto detailing industry. I contacted the sales person and let them know. I don't believe a third opportunity to do it right would have been successful. There was a serious lack of attention to detail when it came to the interior detailing. So, I ended up getting the interior detailed myself. I'm not sure if this is an isolated incident, but failing to fix the issue on the second attempt suggests otherwise. Would I visit this dealership again?- Yes! Interior detail issue aside, it was a no pressure, respectful and customer oriented experience. I would however make sure I don't leave the dealership without inspecting the car and make sure all the promised services were completed.
