★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They tried to rip me off 3 times!!! First time, when I brought my car in for only asking to give me a quote for the battery change, they replaced it without my consent. Second time, the ABS sensor light I have replaced came back on in a month. They first said they would fix it under warranty except labor cost! I fought for it because I have known that the extra labor fee incurred by faulty parts should be reimbursed by a parts supplier not a customer according to my friend who is a VW mechanic. Third time, an estimate for replacing a brake pad originally told was $370, including taxes and labor. When the repair was done, they charged me $450. After I pointed that out it was wrong, they changed the price.
Basically THEY ARE CRIMINAL. DO NOT use this mechanic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this shop. I took my car there when I was having oil pressure problems and 3 engine lights came on. I was told the oil pressure was fine it was just a sensor that needed to be replaced and there was just dirt around the engine sensors. A day or two later my car broke down. I was told about five engine parts needed to be replaced which would cost me between $3000-$5000! Funny that one of the engine parts that broke was the camshaft and the camshaft engine light was on before. I decided to get a quote from another mechanic as well. As soon as I described what had happened he said he knew exactly what happened and that it was a common problem with my car and he could have saved me thousands of dollars. But the damage had been done at this point. I got this other mechanic to replace the entire engine and he confirmed that what he thought was wrong with my car in the beginning was correct. I also had recently got an oil change at edge and they didn’t secure a part underneath my car and it was hanging below my car. I will never ever go back to edge and HIGHLY suggest you don’t go there ether!!!!!!!

Everyone is always nice friendly and make you feel at home when your there.
I take my car there every time I need something fix.
If you want a good price and great people, I would recommend you go to Edge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having Parkinson's sucks because it is hard to do even the simplest of tasks, but having Jim and his crew down at Edge Automotive is a Godsend. Very reasonable and honest service and always a great experience in getting issues with our cars taken care of. A call from Cheryl is always a joy as her cheerful voice helps to cushion the reality of Automotive care expenses.

I desperately called the Edge automotive at 4 pm knowing they close at 5 pm, hoping they could fix my vehicle before they close. Sure enough, they were able to fit me in and quickly fix the problem. I am so grateful. They are truely an amazing team.
