★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome. Went in late in the day, 45 min till close and the day before Valentines Day. I wanted something specific in an arrangement, which they did not have. They took the time to make me the arrangement to my request. It was done within 20 min and was perfect. I am new to town and will continue to go here from now on. These ladies were so friendly and nice.

My experience with this company is five star for a couple of reasons. 1..they took my order, processed it, and even delivered it! It was a pickup order, so I was touched they delivered it anyway. 2....They did all this prior to processing payment! Who does that! A wonderful company with great customer service! Bravo and you have my business for as long as my daughter lives there. A very BIG Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a bouquet for my parents anniversary online from Larkspur, they were out of some of the flowers from the bouquet I had selected but someone from the store reached out via email to let me know and suggested a solution. They ended up making a beautiful arrangement of roses with carnations and eucalyptus(I believe).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the beautiful flower arrangement and delicious box of chocolates you have provided as my gifts to my step-daughter and her husband on the arrival of their baby girl. They both loved the gifts.
Also, appreciated the lovely couple who agreed to pick up and deliver them yesterday as my family lives far from Downtown Smithers and it was out of area for a delivery.
I phoned from Vancouver and the lady who took my order is so nice(May 26/22).
