★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a diesel truck in for a check engine light in on 2 May. Being from out of town, I made an appointment to minimize my time in Embrun. I waited over 2.5 hours for an update at which point I decided to walk back to the dealership to try elsewhere. Just as I pulled into the lot, I get a call telling me they've identified the problem with a particulate matter sensor which was covered under warranty They had the part on hand but broke other parts trying to fix it. I elected to have it repaired elsewhere as their location is inconvenient and their service manager evasive and argumentive. As it turns out, other dealers will not fix problems caused by another dealer so my dad tried to make another appointment about a week later only to be told he'd get a call back. A month after the initial appointment, they still don't have the parts.

Team went above and beyond to make sure I and the family were nothing but completely satisfied with our purchase, a 2017 jeep wrangler. And when I say above and beyond I mean it! Even went out of their way to deliver since I was quite a ways out without a ride! 5 stars, will definitely be back.
