★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hours of operation are ridiculously short. If you have a project, I hope you started early, because if/when you realize you need something, they'll probably have closed 15 minutes earlier. And closed Sundays which is usually when you need something to finish your weekend project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the first time over the weekend. Maybe it was a bad day, but guys at the building supply desk seemed bothered by me coming to order product and annoyed when I asked for some help locating a product they stocked. I can get my supplies elsewhere in the future.

I think some of their faces would actually cracked if they smiled and said good morning.. also folks rotate your stock better...

Why don't you honour pricing in the flyers delivered to our homes? Apparently because they have to order in advance.
You just lost a $1200 plus sale today as well as future purchases.
And to make my shopping experience more enjoyable, he spoke so fast and abruptly, like I was bothering him. So rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not overally friendly each and everytime I go, they almost make it seem you are inconveniencing them. Today I arrived at 4:55pm (they were closing early at 5:00pm), staff hid around the corner instead of unlocking door. I went in through the side door and they said sorry too bad we’re closed.. real nice. I would prefer to drive to Goderich than be treated like that anymore.
