★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Witnessed the aftermath of their work. They carelessly used the kitchen as a workplace, left everything dirty, the trim was cut too many times as if to makeshift a final piece, and the job was unfinished unless you call creating holes in the drywall and exposed caulking done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 160.00 for a repair in my window. The job was sloppy and some of the putty was not even on the window and missing a part when I got my window back. They also told me it would take about 10 days 3 weeks later I was still waiting. I'll never use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable, nice staff. Very efficient and relaxed place. I had my issues solved about 10x as fast as at one of the Big Box stores, and it didn't even cost any more.
Good place to go if you have old windows that need glass replaced or if you're looking for storm windows, etc. I have 100 year old house I'm renovating, and this was the only place that (a) knew what my challenges were and (b) could fix them. I've tried everywhere.
