Best freaking poutine I’ve ever had in Canada. I’m talking about thick chunk of potatoes and cheese, spot on gravy and nice shiny utensils.

Lunatic ferry staffer yelling and screaming at passagers. I gave feedback back to the terminal manager and even emailed BC ferries about this employee, was anything done nope there he is screaming and yelling at people a few weeks later.

I watched a ferry terminal employee yell and scream at an older man. The ferry employee was yelling at him for 30+ feet away he was a young man with a bread. I heard the man ask for a supervisor and he yelled at him that he's the boss of the all the ferries. Seems that this employee is mentally ill and needs some help. Please assist your employees with an employee assistance program. They should not be on the job in this condition.

Ferry is chronically late no matter the day, no food or hot drink amenities at the terminal while you wait for hours, bathrooms stink, very hard to find anyone in the terminal office, bc ferries just seems to be poorly managed and rte 3 keeps getting the short end of the stick. Not sure how they plan on servicing all the newcomers to the coast with all the constant housing developments going on here. Still waiting for the long talked about terminal improvements, all we’ve noticed was the mural painted 4 years ago so you’d have something to look at while waiting for the late sailing

I was traveling from Langdale to Horseshoe Bay with a new boat and trailer and was told to wait in line 18 for the next ferry. I was not given a ticket. After parking where I was told, a staff member approached my car and yelled at me to exit the terminal and re-park in lane 19. I would never argue with an employee, I only require clarity to be directed where to go to board the correct ferry. At other terminals, being told to go in the incorrect lane would result in boarding the wrong ferry and end up at the wrong destination. The same toll booth employee was condescending towards me, which was shocking since his the lack of clarity was his failure. I have never had issues at other terminals and have been a customer of bc ferries for many years. Manners matter. Do better, BC Ferries, two of your employees at this terminal are inappropriately rude to your loyal customers.

the pier back to Vancouver and to the islets from gibsons . parking ticket for 4 shifts 16 hours. Train ticket to van 15 shifts for 1 car with 6 people.

Arrived 1 hr before ferry because I didn't book reservations. Not much there. Washrooms and food machines. Summer they have a couple food and souvenirs kioks
