β β β β β I am not satisfied at all. Itβs my first year in Langara and I donβt know how the system works there! So I showed the staff my course outline and they gave me the wrong books. I could not do my homework and my instructor doesnβt accept late homework. Then I went there they changed the book and gave me another one which is again the wrong book and I just found out! Now I missed like a weak and half of my classes and my hw grades.

β β β β β Reduced bookstore hours make it impossible for someone who works full time to go buy a textbook. In addition, the new 'all sales are final' policy is unreasonable as students may still withdraw from the class and wish to return the textbook

β β β β β I have no idea why the reviews for the store are so low. I called and put some books on hold, and they were there waiting for me when I arrived! The staff members were all very helpful and and really went out of their way to accommodate my needs! 5 stars :)

β β β β β Bought textbooks I needed yesterday and when I got home I saw a book that I never bought. I don't even take that course. Went the very next day and asked what happened. The manager told me that the number they had in stock matched. Said that she would see at the end of the day if the numbers still matched. Told me that she would call at the end of the day to tell me what happened. Never received a call. Will be going back on Friday as I have no class on Thursday this week to demand answers.
Very angry over the loss of money. The cashier made a big mistake and should compensate in some way. The cashier clearly remembers me from her reaction. Extremely angry at her non apologetic attitude.
