When you lose your hydro it's always a big inconvenience. But when it happens at the start of a long weekend, it's a much bigger issue. We lost our hydro on the Friday afternoon of the Victoria weekend. We contacted Nathan who took immediate action to arrange for help. Austin and Andrew worked late into the evening to perform a difficult job. These young men were professional, friendly and empathetic. Our sincere thanks to Lancer Electric!

I've used Lancer for two urgent jobs recently and I was so pleased each time - Chris and Donna at the office were so helpful to speak with and scheduled my job efficiently. We used Lancer to upgrade our electrical panel. All work was done with top quality, fast and all cleaned up when the work was done. Dan was personable and provided updates as to when the power would be back on. We have more work coming and will call Nathan at Lancer to do these future projects.

We recently had Lancer Electric in to our home to add some pot lights, receptacles and to install an over the range microwave oven. They did a tremendous job! I have nothing but good things to say about their service and workmanship. Adam and his team are the best! We will definitely call Lancer Electric again and would highly recommend them if you are in need of electrical work done.

Well. I should have called Lancer Electric first and I most certainly will now and forever...lol. My stove oven element blew on me on March 17th. My hubby bought new one and installed next day. He turned breaker back on and unbeknownst to us, when I turned on the oven, we arced out the stove and blew the breaker. The prongs on the element in back were touching the metal. Repaired that mistake, did I mention my hubby hates working with electricity? LOL. Proceeded to turn breaker on but it would not turn off fully or turn back on. I called an electrician on the Monday (21st) left message and never heard back from them. Called another electrician on the Wednesday (23rd) and they said they could not help me but gave me names to help in my search. Called next company, they said they would call back with a time that they would be able to come over to help. Great getting somewhere. To this day I have heard nothing. So on my quest again. It is now the 29th of March and I have no elements on the top of the stove or an oven to use...feel like I am camping in my own home...lol. Okay here we go again, next call was telling me that the number could not take messages, next one was no longer in service, next was the same- no longer in service. Next call got me a live person but he told me that it sounded like I had an old Breaker panel box and could not help me. Now I finally call Lancers. Wow they just blew me away. The lovely lady who answered my call sent me right over to Chris (what a wonderful person). I explained my issue and he went on a search for parts and said he could help but I would have to wait until Monday the fourth of April...like wow, I was so pleased that I actually had an appointment day and time. I was thrilled. Finally. Well it got even better, later that afternoon I was called by Chris to tell me that Nathan would stop in on his way home and it was just a bit after supper time when he arrived. He had me fixed up in no time and I felt a little silly after that it was such a simple fix but Nathan was so kind and personable and has a down to earth soul. It was service that was so refreshing to see in this day and age. Thank you to Lancer Electric. You truly are the best. I will never stop recommending your company. Keep up the wonderful work and sorry for the long story but people need to know just how wonderful you are. Ty Ty Ty.

Lancer Electric is our go to for any electrical work we need done now and the past 20 years, if not more. Nathan, Donna and staff are very professional, friendly and awesome to work with. Highly recommend them.

Last Saturday afternoon I was in the process of installing new updated outlets and light switches. Finished installing them and then went to turn back on the breakers only to find one that would not turn back on. Re checked the faulty plug socket and couldn’t figure out where I had gone wrong. Having never needed an electrician I remembered seeing the Lancer trucks around town. Called them and spoke with a very helpful lady who took down my problem information and said someone would call me back. Within 30 minutes Nathan called me and we went through my issues. He was on a job and estimated that he would be able to stop by in about 2 hours which worked for me . Within the hour he was at my house. He took a look at my problem and said it was an easy fix. He showed me a few pointers in order to make my next series of plug/switch replacements easier. I called Nathan a couple of days later with a quick question and he returned my call and again was very helpful. Nathan was very professional and I would definitely call and recommend Lancer Electric
