★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For any question about my car (or boat) they’ve had the answer, and any time I needed anything they’d fit me in. The mechanics do such great work, and the girls in the office are so nice! Speedy reliable service, and the cutest little office dog too! Thanks for taking such good care of me Jessica, we’ll definitely be back! Hopefully not too soon tho ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family lives at the lake and we have always received excellent service from Jess and her mechanics. Dave, one of the mechanics there is the one that I have had the most dealings with. He truly listens to my concerns and has done an amazing job with all our vehicles. I have previously been in the automotive industry for 26 years and realize how complicated some diagnoses and repairs can be. if Dave is unfamiliar with a problem with one of my vehicles , he has taken the time to do sufficient research to correctly proceed with his diagnoses and repair. Jesse has been awesome with always doing her best to fit us in. Even during her most busiest times. We should consider ourselves very lucky to have Jess and her team at Christina Lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was having RV/ Truck brake problems and was very concerned about travelling back to Alberta over the mountain passes so stopped by to see if they could assist. I was a walk in and right away they were nothing but receptive and kind in looking into my questions. Jessica, the owner, took the time to look at my truck to test the trailer braking system. While they were doing that Wes was more than happy to drive to our campground to test the trailer brakes, rather than bringing it in. They were able to determine it was a truck issue and Jessica made arrangements to take the truck into a dealership in Trail within a day as we were leaving that week. Thanks to them the dealership fixed the error code on the truck. The day we were leaving we had another issue that the trailer lights were not working so once again we went back to them with truck/trailer and they spent more time to trying to figure out why there was a new glitch. Problem was fixed; thanks to them and made it home safely with proper braking system and trailer lights. A big thanks to them in so many way!!
