Update - year later and nothing has changed. The best shop in the invermere area hands down!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for excellent service, you're going to be going to Lakeside Bike Co.
Just moved to town and I was looking to get kitted up on my newly bought, lovingly used trail bike. Matt and Ryan (I think) got me sorted and took the time to explain things, diagnose problems I was having with my bike, and answer questions that I had... all while processing shipments, performing work orders, and helping other customers.
Invermere is lucky to have several great bike shops but, to me, Lakeside Bike Co just has it freakin' dialled.

When we picked it up Matt and Mark had it ready to go and insisted on customizing to make everything a perfect fit. We couldn't be happier with both the bike and the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t leave many 5 star reviews. These guys definitely deserve it! I broke my chain and just showed up asking how long it would be to repair…. They told me to come back in 10 minutes!!! They fixed on the spot and had me back on the trail in no time. I honestly thought it would be a few hours if not a day. The shop was full. They really went the extra Mile. Price was more than reasonable. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matt fitted my new bike to me perfectly. He is a bike whisperer. He and his staff go above and beyond because they are knowledgeable, care about you and your ride and love what they do. I cannot even begin to describe the enriched experience my new bike has given me. This is not only due to the bike but to this shop. We will always return for any needs or yens that we may come across. Love these guys.
