β β β β β I had a great experience ordering through Lake of The Woods Cannabis. I placed my order online through their website and went to their location to pick it up. The staff were well organized, professional and very friendly. I appreciated their close attention to COVID-19 safety regulations and overall felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. The staff had great knowledge of their products and were able to answer all of my questions. Kenora is fortunate to have a top-quality dispensary finally operating in town. Would definitely recommend!

β β β β β Just attempt to buy myself a few pre-rolls and a little bud for my friend as we are both health care workers taking a small vacation out at Rushing River. After the clerk took some time the total came out to about $96 and a bit. The prices on the screen DID NOT reflect the total charged. Solei Sense pre-rolls listed at $5.50 charged $10 and above. As was the same for another pre-roll listed at $12.50 charged $25.99... When I asked about the charge was rudely told they don't offer discounts...I AM NOT ASKING FOR A DISCOUNT I AM ASKING YOU TO HONOUR YOUR PRICES! We left promptly as felt very uncomfortable with the deception DO NOT SHOP HERE! I wonder how many people they have taken advantage of!

β β β β β Kinda holds a bit of a monopoly in the area, but are friendly, courteous, and well stocked just the same. It has a more TO/WPG feel than a MTL/OTW feel. The staff are very personable, and helpful. It's a pleasure to shop here

β β β β β Not specifically their fault, but their product is terrible. Multiple times I have received vape cartridges that were half full, and just yesterday I spent $60 on shatter, only to open it and it be completely empty. Store can't offer refunds because the government, so I apparently have to beg the government to give me the money back that they took from me. Not worth the trouble for terrible products. Purchase elsewhere.

They've been out of the strain I've wanted before but give me some options about close seconds and are always helpful when I have no knowledge of the thing I'm looking at haha
