He navigated us through the craziness of the Covid/pandemic housing market (not an easy feat!). Through it all, David's constant guidance, encouragement, strong knowledge base and of course persistence got us the house we desired. As well, we sold our home with multiple offers on the first day of listing! David and team are a well-oiled machine and are very passionate about the work they do. It's clear they prioritize building long-term relationships over a quick sale (quality of service over quantity of homes sold). We left the area for work following our graduations from University. We both had great careers and two grown daughters. We started talking about moving back "home" at retirement but decided that there is no time like the present. We applied for jobs and decided that we would move if we could get new positions in Sudbury. We choose Lake City Realty because we were referred by friends of ours. We worked with Kate Nelson, who is fairly new to the business but we could not be happier with the services she provided. We had very specific criteria that needed to be met, and she delivered. She made herself available to answer our questions and accommodated us with our schedule for viewings. We connected quickly and that was what I appreciated the most. She went the extra mile when we were ready to make an offer on our home and this in the end is what helped us get our offer accepted. We reached out to Dave Kurt to assist us with finding a home that would meet all of our needs. It did not take long for him to find us the perfect home. He listened to what we wanted and was determined to find the right one for us. Dave never put any pressure on us to either buy or sell our home. He was able to point out the positives and the negatives of the house that we bought , but of course, in the end, it was perfect and exactly what we needed and wanted. Dave helped us to get our home ready to sell and it sold quickly and everything went smoothly. Dave is a very personable young man who really knows about the ins and outs of Real Estate.
