m	miiss cookiie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They messed up on my pizza I called the manager and wanted a refund and brought the pizza back the manager yelled at me he was rude obnoxious he hung up on me a few times I called back he was calling me names all because they messed up on my pizza order and overcharged me big time for my pizza I will never order from these people ever again terrible business. And I witnessed the manager yelling at an old lady that was working at the restaurant he's a very terrible man
E	Eilen Llanes Veiga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stood at the door with my dog in my arms, I wanted to order to go but a woman came out yelling very rudely “no dogs no dogs”. It was really unpleasant, if dogs are not allowed they should put a sign on the door or at least explain it politely.

We ordered a steak submarine with extra. It got here with no cheese and no extra that I paid for. Politely called them back and ordered another sub I paid for. Same issue. It got here once again with no cheese and no extras. That is 2 subs at 20$ each I ended throwing out one of the two subs because I was angry. Called the manager in the morning. He didn’t want to issue a refund. Ended up going there and he only issues one refund because we brought half the sub in. They make mistakes and want to blame the clients. The manager was rude and obnoxious and hung up on me once I called him back to discuss . I do not recommend this restaurant or Lachine tasty. As it is the same owner. It’s unfortunate because this hides to be an amazing place. If I could give zero stars I would.
R	Ronald Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are two good things about this place. The first are opening hours. I had a sudden craving close to midnight on a Sunday with nothing in the fridge. This property was the only thing open. Secondly, value for money. Not only was pizza on offer but included in the price was an order of fries and a drink. At the time I went, be prepared to wait, they were quite busy with takeout orders. Food quality is acceptable given hour of day and price.
s	so troy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it going worse and worse, Last order the pizza was extremely greasy but had no taste, another time the lasagna seem to be coming from the grocery (no meat in sauce, stiffed into a block of pasta and little cheese as if got frozen first). The salad is floating in its sauce. this time I ordered a smoke meat plate, no were on the menu does it specify its actually a sandwich with fries and a salad. well that what I got. called back, said I want a plate with no bread. got sent another sandwich, called again, received a third sandwich. then we are told that the plate is actually a sandwich and that we should have specified no bread. we did when we called the second time, cuz thats not what we wanted and no where on the menu does it said it comes with bread as a sandwich form. when I told the lady on the phone, was almost laught at. they are now joined by Tasty restaurant. thats how it came with Tasty, Arena didnt have the plate anymore. I gave 2 stars cuz at least the delivery man was really nice and understanding. He couldnt believe he came 3 times and received all the time the same thing we specified wasnt what we wanted to order as nothing says sandwich in the plate section. the one below is to order a sandwich. will know next time to be more than ultra specific, repeating 5 times or more. since it seems 3 is not enough. I gave up, had to throw most of the sandwich plate away as it was an order for a celiac person (gluten free diet due to allergies). im ordering there to please my guest (they used to love it there).
A	Alex Aiken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and ordered a large pizza, it took an hour and forty minutes to arrive and I live a two minute drive from the restaurant. Apparently the driver delivered my order to the wrong address, but even that doesn't excuse such a long delay. The woman on the phone was apologetic, but the driver didn't even apologize when he arrived, he actually admonished me for not having the porch light on. The pizza was cold, and the fries were inedible, but at that point it was so late and I was so hungry there was no chance I was going to complain. The pizza was decent, so I didn't give one star, but to add insult to injury the pizza box exclaimed, "Hot and Fresh", which it was neither.
