★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a miserable customer service experience. First, ordering was a headache because they put our order under the incorrect name. We were never contacted when the wood was ready for pickup. Then, we were given the wrong box of wood (we had only ordered two boxes, how hard could that be). Our wood was shipped from Quebec and took several weeks to come in. When we informed them that they gave us the incorrect box, they reordered the correct wood from their Quebec supplier, and miraculously the new wood showed up in 1.5 days. So not only was the wood clearly sitting in their shop, they did not coordinate shipping or pickup of the incorrect wood.
The wood is beautiful, but dealing with their staff was incredibly unpleasant.
