Après plus de 3 mois d’attente, je viens de le recevoir. En plus de ne pas respecter le délai de livraison prévu la semaine précédente, j’ai vu mon rendez-vous chez le notaire remis après l’achat de ma nouvelle maison et j’ai dû demander un prêt pont qui engendre des frais supplémentaires. Les employés répondent rarement aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels à l’occasion. Le stress vécu a été intenable. Je ne recommande pas du tout leurs services! I did business with Labre et associés to have a certificate redone that had expired, we signed the agreement in February 2022. After more than 3 months of waiting, I have just received it. In addition to not respecting the delivery time scheduled the week before, I saw my appointment with the notary postponed after the purchase of my new house and I had to apply for a bridge loan which generates additional costs. Employees rarely respond to phone calls and occasional emails. The stress experienced was unbearable. I do not recommend their services at all!

I hired this company because they had completed the previous certificate of location on the property I was selling and I thought it would be quicker to get it done by them. They received the mandate in September 2021 and said I would have the certificate by mid-December. Property was sold late October 2021, they came to see the property in mid-November and an electronic certificate was sent to the notary just before Christmas. The electronic document is not authentic, it’s not even signed and therefore the notary cannot release the funds that were withheld. I have been trying to contact Labre et Associés since early January 2022 but nobody ever answers the phone and they rarely reply to email! Last email I received was 4 weeks ago saying they’d be sending the certificate to the notary within the next 2 weeks. We’re now end of February and the notary still hasn’t received anything! How is it that in TWO MONTHS you haven’t been able to find the time to sign and mail a document?!! It’s ridiculous! I get that people are working from home, but you should be arranging to have your staff bring signed docs to the office at the end of every week (or at least every other week...or once a month??!!) and have the secretary come in on Mondays to send them out!
