★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited La-Z-Boy in Scarborough. I was that customer that walked in 10 minutes before closing on a Friday. Was greeted by a very knowledgeable and professional salesperson Patrick Jackson. I quickly laid out the exact measurements/style of sofa-chaise I was in the market for. Needless to say, we had the deal done and delivery arranged before the store closed. Patrick was super helpful and made this experience a very smooth and comfortable transaction. Thank you!

St. Patrick's Special Clearance items on sale now. Other items, you get a discount of 10% from original price. Complimentary design service also available for see it before you buy. Highly recommended visiting the location!

I gained invaluable insight into what is possible. I enjoyed the variety of options when it comes to customizing my furniture.
My shopping experience was interactive and enjoyable.
The sales consultant and the interior designer was professional and knowledgeable. Both o them were helpful with suggestions which made my choices much easier.
There were no misleading information, I was given the facts and options.
Both of them are an asset to the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting 3 other furniture stores which were very discouraging experiences with respect to professionalism, availability of stock, and quality, we made our way to La-Z-Boy on Progress in Scarborough fully prepared to leave "empty handed". We were greeted by Jamil, a consumate professional - knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and very patient. He listened attentively to what we were looking for and presented us with a variety of options. He is a definite asset to La-Z-Boy and I look forward to working with him in the future. We are thrilled with our new purchases and look forward to their arrival!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very happy with the quality of the service we received and the quality of the furniture. We were warned at the beginning that delivery would be slow. Our only complaint was that we finally received a call from the warehouse saying our furniture had arrived and to call to arrange delivery. Then, when we did, we were told that it would be another 6 weeks before the furniture could be delivered. If they hadn't called us to say that our furniture had arrived, we wouldn't have been so frustrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruce assisted my wife and I when picking out a beautiful chair for our new babies nursery. Bruce showed us several chairs and when we found the one we loved, he spent the time going over every little detail and feature it had to offer.
He was very kind and knowledgeable. If you are looking to purchase from here, you need to speak with Bruce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very pleased with our experience. We went to a few places to shop around but lazy boy got our business. The exceptional design service we got really wowed us as we were able to visualize our new furniture in our living room in 3D, cannot thank you enough for that Jason. Lazy boy we went to seemed to have good stock unlike other companies we went to where there is upwards of 12 months waiting for just a sofa!!!
The store was very clean and seemed to take full Covid precaution. We were offered a virtual design service as well incase you don't want to go in their showroom. The sales person was very nice and not pushy. It was an experience where we felt we were assisted in buying furniture we were looking for rather than a pushy sales experience.
Will post my experience post delivery!

His compassion and guidance led to a wonderful outcome. It was grand to share an act of good will with Patrick who helped with advice, pictures and options.
