As computers tend to be slow and unreliable the customer service of the two employees was the complete opposite of the computers, it was amazing. I asked there names and it was Joey and Tyler. Hope management hears about this as they went above and beyond when helping me.

This chair was supposed to be backed by a 10 year extended warranty program which La-Z-Boy is not honoring. I have spent weeks trying to get this repaired under warranty with no luck. La-Z-Boy Canada uses a third-party company to handle their warranty claims and they look for loopholes, so they do not have to back their warranty promise. Buyers be aware this is not the same company it used to be. Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere with a company that values integrity and ethics.

They only are available to sell you more product before delivery I purchased 4 chairs from them and wanted help with their arrangement and what other ideas they might have to finish off my living room area No help with paint suggestions, end/coffee table, blinds, carpet I waited 6 months for delivery ( yes, partially due to COVID) but I was waiting for the rest of my renovations to be complete and delivery of the chairs before inquiring about a finishing design consultation. Good luck
