They were willing to wait a few minutes to allow me to open the box and inspect the shipment for any damages. The item I received was in perfect condition and they had a simple process to accept the damaged item I was returning. I was very pleased with the service I received! They brought the unit to a 3rd floor apartment, tight elevator, hallway stairs, and very tight space for the stacked LG unit to be installed. THEY WERE AMAZING! Super fast, efficient, clean, careful, respectful, safe. I've removed and installed w/d units many times myself...and these guys were easily 10X as fast. Would highly recommend!!

They removed my screen door and main door to ensure no scratches as it was a tight fit. They did it quickly and put them back when done with no complaints. An all around great experience, I would tip them more if they bring back my cranberry juice! Thanks again!

The door was needed to be removed to be able to take the old fridge out and they happily did it. I am super happy with the whole process.

They were extremely professional, polite, pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were the dream team and I would highly recommend them. We were very fortunate to have them attend two of our deliveries (by request); I would definitely use them again.

The whole process of setting up the delivery date, keeping us informed of the process, even the short delay when the truck had some mechanical issue in the morning and was delayed an hour, was awesome. The whole change over of washer and dryer, incl. installation, was about 45 min. The guys were super friendly and efficient. And all this great service living 2 1/2 hours north of Toronto in the boonies, incl. 15 min of gravel road. It is great to see that companies can still provide great customer service and not use COVID as an excuse to erode it.

I was really impressed with how professional, polite, kind and helpful Jerome and Dean were delivering our washer and dryer tonight. They were so diligent about bringing out the old washer and dryer and bringing in the new washer and dryer carefully, and very courteous about wiping their shoes not to bring in any mess. Also, our place has several sets of stairs and tight corners, but they got them in quickly, carefully and efficiently without any damage. They were so friendly, thorough and explained everything to us well. These 2 men deserve a big raise!! Thanks for sending your best men for this delivery!

They contacted me the day before our delivery to provide us with a 3 hour delivery window. 9:45am- 12:45pm. The two delivery men, Vipan and Sahil arrived promptly at 10:55am. They were very kind, courteous and careful with our delivery. I couldn't of been happier with their service. The only reason I removed 1 star is because they did not have masks. When they arrived I asked if they could please wear masks when entering our home but unfortunately they did not have any with them. Not a problem, I provide each of them with a new mask to enter our home. I do not believe this lost star should be representative of Vipan and Sahil but with Custom Delivery Solutions. They should have a supply of masks in the trucks for the delivery people when customers request them wear a mask in their home. Custom Delivery Solutions also contacts you after the delivery with an automated survey. One of the questions which is not fair to the delivery drivers was regarding masks. Again, a supply of masks provided by Custom Delivery Solutions should be in the trucks for the delivery people. Thanks Vipan and Sahil for your great work today.
