My experience was incredible. The salesman was great, extremely kind, and patient. Listened to what I was looking for and suggested pieces accordingly. Everything was set up beautifully and my experience couldn't have been any better.

Nice staff, I purchased the taller base option for my chair and it was installed early Saturday and ready for pickup by noon. Loving my La Z Boy chair

The guys that work here are great. Very helpful and friendly. Limited furniture on display here. I usually just pick up stuff that I buy from their retail stores to save delivery costs.

We purchased a 2 seat sofa recliner (Love-seat) from East Gwillimbury, Ontario location in January 2019 for 3K. This has been the worst purchase ever, an absolute nightmare… The sofa was delivered in March. After using it for a month, back of the left seat broke. This happened in April. Since then, L-az-Boy made 3 attempts to repair the unit and nothing so far. There was 2 delivery attempts and every time we discovered that the sofa was not in usable condition so the sofa was taken back for another repair attempt. The customer service representative and her manager were unprofessional and not helpful at all. They made wrong assumptions that led to delaying the repair of our unit for at least a month. We are in our 5th month of the one year manufacturer warranty, and we only used the sofa for almost a month. We asked them to extend the warranty for the time sofa was broken (since April 27th) and they said no! Be aware that La-z-boy warranty clearly states that they don’t refund even if your unit is broken dead and is not fixable. We really regret stepping into this store which led us to deal with the horrible La-z-boy product quality and customer service and we would strongly advise against buying anything from La-z-boy.

Stay away from Kamal Andrea. Salesman who is not helpful at all once he makes the sale. La-z-boy furniture is good quality, but any issues you have he will lie and then become unreachable.

Picked up a recliner here. You need an appointment set up at your local La-Z-Boy showroom. If you're shopping at their clearance center call first. It was closed because of Covid. Pick up was quick and the gentleman helped me load chair. Recliner was in two pieces so easy to fit in car. Supper easy to assemble.
