★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here. It’s a nice complex. Neighborhood is friendly. Property managers are not onsite but maintenance hasn’t been an issue. Parking is very limited for visitors and so a pain. Delivery guys also struggle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waking up and not knowing if my car is still parked in the underground is a very scary feeling even when registered. My girlfriend received a parking ticket infront of our home when she was bringing up a microwave into our unit. Even though the ticket was reduced it is still ridiculous. I wish the city of vaughn didnt have a contract with this place. I watched and seen with my own eyes the tow truck drivers hook up cars and DROP them creating damage to some of the tenants vehichles... this place would be a GEM but parking is definitely a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful neighbourhood but big pain as like many other tenants have posted about the parking, is a very big expensive issue. Even when following rules of the sign posted in visitors for registering your vehicle York region will still tow your car trying to find a loophole to get you to pay. Property management needs to do something about this hassle change the signage or drop the contract with the tow company.
