★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unpleasant customer service I've ever had. The girl I dealt with said she's the store manager, she wasn't help me at all with my simple size exchange, but rushing to close and push me out of her store with an impatient altitude. I used to buy lots of stuffs from here for myself and my family, this is the first time I had to take things back and exchange, very disappointing the way they treat their customer, and even the store manager fail to solve problem and wasn't even able to give any alternative suggestions. Absolutely no visit back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe the associate's name was senay, not entirely sure, she looks to be in her 80s and wears glasses. I had something to try on and she was attending the fitting rooms. She seemed so grouchy and dismissive, it was insulting. And I overheard her complaining and making offensive comments about her co-workers, just distasteful. I lost my interest and left

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a friendly environment at this location. No one is really there to help and its not welcoming at all. My sister and I witnessed one of the workers being very rude and basically racist towards 2 asian customers who were checking out the same time that we were and it was overall just an unpleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t even put a one star. The customer service is incredibly lacking. Went to do a return and made me wait 30 minutes. The associates do not know how to talk to customers and are extremely rude. Will never buy from there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't busy, so everybody could remain two meters apart from each other easily. There was a buy one get two free mix and match section at the back, while most items at the shop were at buy one get the second at half price.
