★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worse insurance broker that you could ever have. Completely unresponsive, every time I called I get put on hold for 30 mins and a lot of times you do not get through. Stay away from this broker, so frustrating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 years ago the service was great. But since then they totally ignore my emails. After a couple of months I get angry and they decide to reply!
They always blame the Ins. company. And they tell me I'm not allowed to contact insurance company directly, which is a lie.
After repeatedly being ignored I call the insurance co. direct. They tell me they are always happy to talk! They tell me they never hear from La Turquoise!
I'm so tired of having to deal with them I've gone to another broker that the Ins Co. recommended.
