K	Kelly Kerr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a conversation..with Daniel...was trying..to get payment moved for two days tells me cant all gone to back 5 days early Tell me the underwriter won't...for two days ...I.woukd think me being a new customer...and it be harder then most times they would give me help...but not willing to go the extra ...two days is not two weeks.

Always had my best interest in mind when selecting the right coverage at the right price. Can't enough good about Michel Poirier! Go see him already :)

He also provides me with the latest tips and advice to keep my premiums as low as possible while giving me the best coverage out there. He manages all my major assets and I've referred him over a dozen clients. I honestly didnt know an insurance broker could be so good and provide so much value.
S	Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They might work hard to get your business, but they sure don't keep doing that after you are locked into a contract. Emails take days or weeks for a response, and my broker is constantly "out of the office". When I moved, my price more than doubled to $322 and I have gotten quotes from other companies at $189 with my new address. Sylvie, the Branch Manager was less than helpful and outright rude after she called me based on a survey I filled out. She said impossible to get my price lowered and I would be charged a cancellation fee (she said she didn't know the amount either) if I wanted to switch... *I would strongly recommend going direct to the insurance company, I have never had this kind of problems with any insurance companies in the past.

Sayid isn't my broker but I really enjoyed dealing with him. There's been times when I consider trying out other brokerages, but my rate is pretty good (I think) and I also can't be bothered. But I had a really good experience with Sayid. Very nice and professional. The tones and melody of his voice made the experience fun. I legit enjoyed an insurance customer service call. Way to go Sayid! Keep up the great work!

Just found out she was fired? no one let me know... new broker signed me up for new coverage without my approval... stay away. it took a little longer to receive coverage than I expected... took all day for them to get back to me with liability slip. You''ll get better service from a bot on an app... better prices too!
