TRISTAN a offert un service exceptionnel , transparent , patient et en mesure d’expliquer clairement ce qui nous est utile. La promotion me fait payer pas mal moins cher qu’au magasin Apple ou chez Vidéotron pour ne pas le nommer… S’il est temps pour vous de changer d’appareil, allez vite rencontrer Tristan qui est à Beloeil du vendredi au mardi !
I bought an iPhone 13 today at La Source in Beloeil to replace my old iPhone. I'm not too techno for all the operations to be done. TRISTAN offered an exceptional service, transparent, patient and able to clearly explain what is useful to us. The promotion makes me pay a lot less than at the Apple store or at Videotron, not to name it… If it's time for you to change your device, go quickly and meet Tristan who is in Beloeil from Friday to Tuesday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Your agent "YaYa" is bullying the customers and he took my phone from hand without permission just to know which company i am dealing with. He started to explain your phone plans inspite I was there for a headphone. When I told him that I am not interested and just I wanna ask for head phone he left me without any help.
Very bad and disappointed.
