Le seul problème c’est la politique de l’entreprise qui fait en sorte que l’expérience client devient désagréable… je veux juste acheter une étui pas me faire offrir d’aller retourner le téléphone pour l’acheter chez eux plus cher qu’ailleurs. En plus je me fais dire des fausses informations concernant des fournisseurs téléphoniques. À chaque fois c’est la même chose j’étais pas allé dans ce magasin depuis longtemps et maintenant je me souviens pourquoi. The staff is very friendly. The only problem is the company policy which makes the customer experience unpleasant… I just want to buy a case not to be offered to go and return the phone to buy it from them more expensive than somewhere else. In addition I am told false information concerning telephone providers. It's the same every time I haven't been to this store for a long time and now I remember why.
