★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i'm living on these appartment since 2011 in apprtement 229 and i can say the new administration is the best that i never seen in a long long time. All the stuf are amazing. very clean place. everybody are respectful . they do a lot of amazing activities for the kids and familly. i realy appreciate there effort. everything is well done. i would like to thank all the stuff + Tony . and i would like to recommand everybody that they want a high level living for their family and kids. big big Thanks for all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have friends living in Skyline Deguire. It’s true, they contacted the management but they just won’t fix their outside pool. Also in winter they had a heating problem. There’s a bad smell in their indoor garage as well. Yep probably won’t recommend living there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s interesting how the pictures of the building show the outside swimming pool while we can’t use it! And for the owner who will reply to my comment and say please fill the feedback form, I want you to know that I already did and the pool is still not available to us. I wish the pool was the only problem! Too bad we pay such a high rent. I do not recommend and will be moving out at the first chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend dwelling in this building. In the winter it is too cold and when you contact the managers, they say the heating system needs fixing. In the summer, they do not make the outdoor pool accessible saying the pool needs fixing. This is frustrating because the rent is considerably high. I pay 1,129 CAD monthly for my 4 and 1/2.
An update on my review: This is a reply to the owner's comment on my rating. Before writing this review, I already filled the feedback form and the lady from customer satisfaction didn't work on solving the issue. She only said the pool needs fixing and that's it. No solution to our major problems as tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every since I had to deal with this company, it's been a nightmare. You better read and confirm anything before you sign it with these people, and anything you do with them you better make sure someone sign it. They send my list renewal to my email without my consent I have never sign the document, they sent asking to give consent for them to contact me by email. I went to the office to ask for my renewal, he said they send it by email explain to him I never consent to that, he ask me to see if I have it in my junk mail he will print it out for me I refuse the price increase as it is your right to do so in Quebec.
They sent my refusal to court giving the date they sent the email without my consent and say that I reply to the renewal late when they the one whom did not follow proper procedure and send me a sign renewal notice. I’m disgusted with this company the way they do business
