Nous avons changer d'idee apres 30 min et ils ont refuser a nous rembourser l'argent en disant que le monrant sera retenue pour des frais d'administration. La femme qui ocuppe le bureau de l'administration qui est sur place ma souhaite bonne chance avec la regie de logement. Elle etait au courant que les frais pour ouvrir un dossier coutent aprox. 200 dollars et probablement que le monde cesse de deposer une plainte. Une administration tres douteuse
