Les rencontres nous ont permis de confirmer certains de nos doutes en plus de nous fournir des outils afin d'aider notre enfant dans son quotidien. I recommend! Excellent service, professional. We consulted in psychology for a school derogation for my daughter. The meetings allowed us to confirm some of our doubts in addition to providing us with tools to help our child in his daily life.

Très mauvais suivi des clients. On se retrouve sans orthopédagogue à 1 semaine du retour en classe. Ça vole pas haut la haute voltige. Good experience for the first year, but then they forgot to follow up and we lost the service because there was a conflict in the schedule with the discipline of our child. Very poor customer follow-up. We find ourselves without a remedial teacher 1 week before returning to class. It does not fly high aerobatics.

L'intervenante orthophoniste a été très professionnelle dans l'évaluation qu'elle a fait, je n'ai rien à redire. L'entreprise doit par contre améliorer ses façons de communiquer et les politiques générales de service-client. Par exemple, j'avais tout réglé la facture des services orthophoniques, mais pour recevoir le rapport, j'ai dû donner une préautorisation de paiement sur ma carte de crédit, alors que mon fils n'avait pas besoin d'un suivi finalement. Dans l'autre cas, nous avons dû payer à l'avance des traitements de psy. Dans la facturation, le nom et le titre de l'intervenante ainsi que son numéro de pratique n'est pas identifié, ce qui a compliqué la réclamation à l'assureur. J'ai fait affaires avec le centre sur Guillaume-Couture. I have had two experiences with the company, for two different children, and I do not recommend it. The speech therapist was very professional in the assessment she made, I have no complaints. On the other hand, the company must improve its ways of communicating and general customer service policies. For example, I had all settled the speech therapy bill, but to receive the report, I had to pre-authorize my credit card payment, when my son didn't need a follow-up after all. In the other case, we had to prepay for shrink treatments. In the billing, the name and title of the practitioner as well as her practice number are not identified, which complicated the claim to the insurer. I did business with the center on Guillaume-Couture.
