Les professionel tel que Yan ou marie-claude sont très efficaces rien à dire . Mais la réception c'est un autre histoire . Ils ont perdu mes souliers RÉSERVÉS . Ils m'ont raccroché la ligne au nez lorsque j'ai demander le numéro de poste de marie-claude car elle n'as supposément pas de numéro de téléphone . "Un instant je vous pris...... *CLIK* *booop boooop* " essaie de rappeller . REPOND PAS. Nice . Pi anyway c'est quoi l'idee de fermer à 4h un vendredi ? .. très déçu...
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Professionals such as Yan or Marie-Claude are very efficient, nothing to say. But reception is another story. They lost my RESERVED shoes. They hung up on me when I asked for Marie-Claude's extension number because she supposedly doesn't have a phone number. "Wait a minute ...... * CLIK * * booop boooop *" tries to call back. DO NOT ANSWER. Nice. Pi anyway what's the idea of closing at 4am on a Friday? .. very disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçue. Je me fais faire des orthèses; on dit que j'ai les pieds plats. Finalement, je vois une physiatre et elle me dit que c'est le contraire. Au prix que ça coûte, on s'attend à une certaine compétence... Pas seulement des vendeurs de souliers.
Very disapointed. I have orthotics done; they say my feet are flat. Finally, I see a physiatrist and she tells me that it is the opposite. At the price it costs, we expect a certain skill ... Not only shoe salesmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention, ils ne sont pas dans la liste des Laboratoires privés autorisés par la RAMQ. Vous devrez donc payer pour vos orthèses même si ceux-ci pourraient être entièrement défrayés par la RAMQ lorsqu'ils sont prescrits par un orthopédiste. Bien que l'on puisse toujours se faire rembourser par nos assurances privées, celles-ci ne remboursent pas 100% des frais. La RAMQ aurait pu payer 100% sans affecter notre cote d'assurance (augmentation future).
Please note, they are not on the list of private laboratories authorized by the RAMQ. You will therefore have to pay for your orthotics even if they could be fully reimbursed by the RAMQ when they are prescribed by an orthopedist. Although we can always be reimbursed by our private insurance, they do not reimburse 100% of the costs. The RAMQ could have paid 100% without affecting our insurance rating (future increase).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai reçu des orthèses qui n'étaient pas la largeur de mon pied !!! Une orteil dans le vide, pas pratique et irritant . C'est fait selon un gabarit et non les mesures du pied réel ! Aussi , le coussin amortisseur de choc n'a pas été placé à la bonne place ....encore une fois selon un gabarit à mentionné l'orthesiste ! ! Wow ! Payer un gros prix pour ne pas être sur mesure !! Résultat , j'ai du me faire élargir mon orthèse et replacé l'amortisseur à la bonne place dans un autre centre d'orthèse! Ça nous a coûté finalement un bel extra pour avoir du sur mesure . En plus du service de mon orthesiste qui etait loin d'être "bien". Bref, la publicité est mensongère .... ce ne sont pas des orthèses conçus spécifiquement pour chacun d'entre nous.
I received orthotics that were not the width of my foot !!! A toe in a vacuum, not practical and irritating. It is done according to a template and not the measurements of the real foot! Also, the shock absorbing cushion was not placed in the right place .... again according to a template to the orthesist mentioned! ! Wow! Pay a big price for not being made to measure !! Result, I had to expand my orthosis and replaced the damper in the right place in another center of orthosis! It cost us finally a nice extra to have tailor-made. In addition to the service of my orthesist who was far from being "good". In short, advertising is misleading .... these are not orthoses designed specifically for each of us.

The new team is doing a great job! Among others Laurence, my respiratory therapist, who takes her work seriously and is very pleasant to be around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n'ai que du positif sur cet endroit. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et professionnel. Mme Vaillancourt, inhalothérapeute, offre un suivi extraordinaire et elle sait comment rendre les gens à l'aise. Elle est à l'écoute des besoins du client et elle sait comment rassurer et dédramatiser face au diagnostic et au traitement de l'apnée du sommeil. Je recommande à tous cette clinique. Merci !
I have nothing but positive about this place. The staff are welcoming, cheerful and professional. Ms. Vaillancourt, respiratory therapist, offers extraordinary follow-up and she knows how to make people feel at ease. She listens to the needs of the client and knows how to reassure and de-dramatize when faced with the diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea. I recommend this clinic to everyone. Thank you !
