Sur la facture, c'est inscrit échangeable seulement et le propriétaire n'a pas voulu échanger le produit même si cela faisait que deux jours et que le produit était intact et emballé.
No after sales service
On the invoice, it is listed as exchangeable only and the owner did not want to exchange the product even though it had only been two days and the product was intact and packaged.
