★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, it was good ice cream/ sorbet. I got the coffee crisp milkshake and my friend and her daughter got the vanilla ice cream/ raspberry sorbet.
So then why am I giving this place a 3 stars?
1. Don't ask me if I want whip cream if you're only going to proceed to charge me more for it at the register. If you ask the customer, "Would you like whip cream for an extra dollar?", then I wouldn't have to complain about the hidden cost of your pleasant customer service. Then there was some sort of "organic" additional cost added onto the receipt for the sorbet. I don't see any additional $ charge on your menu. All the items are listed at the same price (ice cream vs sorbet).
2. It cost 20 bucks. It cost me $19.95 for two small ice cream/ sorbet and my milkshake. While I support local, I don't support this kind of up-charging.
Summary: if it's hot and you're in the area? Go for it. It's good. But does it stand out? No. Would I return? No.

The Milkshakes are the best I’ve ever had.
Go out and support this local establishment. You won’t regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled upon this shop while walking with my kids and extremely surprised with the options they have. Over 30 flavours of dips and toppings to chose from as well as many ice cream flavours. They also sell donuts, crepes, lava cake and Cheesecake Factory cakes! Try them out you will leave extremely satisfied!! Got praline dip with pistachio and cookie dough and pretzels... delicious !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great creamery by port credit, had the raspberry vegan ice cream on the inside and dipped in velvet on the outside on the waffle cone. I find dipping gives you more time before if melts.
Friend got the vegan coffee and dipped in chocolate and added nuts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first time here and we were craving something sweet in the Port Credit area. I bought the Sugar Rush (cookie dough & Oreo dip/toppings). Thinking it was cookie dough ice cream but it was actually just vanilla soft serve with syrup and oreo crumble. Don't get me wrong, it tasted great. It was such a disappoinment to see that the inside was hollow though. This was $7+ for a regular cup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm happy to have a different option close to home. It was our first time on this chain, so it took a while for us to choose and understand the options. The staff was super patient, though. No rushing and very friendly.
I had vanilla soft ice cream, dipped in cheesecake with topping of roasted hazelnut. Good, but I thought overall it became a bit too sweet. The dipping tastes like white chocolate. So I Iiked it, but will try something different next time.
One of my sons said it was the best ice cream he ever had. The other was not particularly impressed.
I also love that they have cheesecakes from the cheesecake Factory! Now I know where to go when I have cheesecake cravings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The future of ice cream is here. This mind-blowing ice cream shop has something for everyone. I have never been exposed to such an interactive ice cream experience. With at least two plant-based flavours and countless plant-based toppings, the options were endless. Although I would love to have the entire ice cream shop to be plant-based, I am just glad that we have an option. Definitely worth the money and the trip on any day of the week.
I enjoyed it so much I could not wait to take a picture before I devoured it
